Yes... I originally posted that article to provide an incling of what are costs & rewards expectations can be... as it's NOT as if ARUC is the ONLY Russian Gold Mine there is... as opposed to some of the "risk-averse" traders/investors make it seem to be... and in which case... Why the HECK do they even buy ANY Pinsheet stock???!!!

My opinion is that it's really not that "risky" if you have time to wait for the PPS to grow toward its intrinsic market value.
