If he follows trend he will make a PR release after market closes on Friday. He's done it before this way. Why? IMO, which doesn't seem to be worth anything anymore, is because the market will digest the news over the weekend and react on Monday opening. Not everything runs by definitions or rules or charts. There is also a lot of savvy used to help things along. That's the gut factor, and in penny stocks it is a highly useful thing to have. That is if it is right more often than wrong. Pennies just can't be called by any means. Just look at all the posts that say "My chart says this is going to explode, breakout go go go etc. that works with the big stocks just doesn't work here. This is just a big roulette wheel. Sometimes we place our bets right, sometimes weeeeelllll. Nuff said.
