Strategic Global could be the best $20 bet I ever made!!!!!
Or I could be out $20 - If the MJ news is legit - There is money to be had here.
I have no crystal ball - but look for a retirement of outstanding stocks here shortly as that appears to be the only real investor complaint that is keeping people out.
