SPDC Down almost another 3% today. $$$$ for SDVI

From $4.40 to $3.43, almost $1.00 drop in price. You would think the folks over at SPDC would have settled this out of court. I'm not sure who is running the show over there, but I'm sure GRAFF would have settled for a lot less $$$$$$ than the market cap loss.

Heck, SPDC could have probably bought SDVI and GRAFF for 1/10 the cost of this and there would have been a spike upwards in their stock.
