Adding someone to the Advisory Board is forming a partnership of one kind - which is very different from not having any business interest or additive association between two parties - or shall we say being competitors in the same business space - imo

We could also call it "strategic relationship" if you like -

The last Advisory Board member added, became an official JV partner shortly thereafter - and that CEO didn't have their own plant - so given this new Board addition does have their own plant already in use, it just makes sense as the next step for Vega - imo

I'll just say this -

Anyone who understands how business is done today, understands the concept that is called Strategic Partnerships - It's a concept that started gaining popularity in the early 90's and today it's the norm -

What I like about VGPR CEO is he clearly understands the concept and lives by it - because without that understanding it's hard to get much growth going organically - imo

As far as current biochar production, I believe this is a new entry for Vega and which makes the new relationship with James so key and such a great "get" - espesh because James is already producing and selling into the MJ/Hemp grower space imo

By his comments in the PR, James likes being connected to a public company - Vega also has clients in biocoal where they can cross sell the biochar, and vice-versa - James has a turn-key plant that can pump out product immediately and if need be can be customized for the other products like biocoal - where he gets a piece of that action -

glorious! imo
