...larry and now kirby retain BS for us to the go after the OCC - which absorbed the amateurish, self-dealing OTS.........................and amy lets the bank sue....................which the bank did, but lost.......
...larry, kirby and Auntie Li/BS file a NOA with lots of legal armament.................................
...HERE'S THE FUN PART......................the FDIC, now involved as the Intervenor, immediately floats a STIPULATION.......................that's where this entire mess gets murky....................and all communications are CUT OFF..............................
...we understand that, if there IS a stipulation, Claimant #8 gets monies conditioned upon (this is important) "priors" getting satisfied..........so WE - WE aren't allowing nos: 1-7 get one penny unless we get ours - VERY COOL, trust me..........lots of other provisos such as no more litigation, no challenges to recoveries, no name-calling directed to nasty, disgusting former acting OTS directors, etc................
