I try not to get into this debate, HOWEVER, what do you really think has to happen. Are you expecting the BKT Santa Clause.
How does a undiscovered BKT, with NO approved drugs bringing a drug with NO history in a Novel approach with NO track record from concept through clinical and then three phase trials to eventually get to market or die trying.
Did you think the FDA was going to say hay that's a cool idea you can skip the whole process. Just sell that stuff.
They have no money they must dilute to survive. There is value from the dollars gained by the dilution. They have come from concept to Phase 3. That's what the dilution has bought. There has recently been more dilution and because of it we can move forward with the phase 3 trial. Is that some kind of revelation.
Come on you know better then that.
When you did your DD you notice it takes 100's of millions to get a drug through the process. .
Did you realistically believe at any point they had the needed money.
Yes they had to the dilute , yes, we got value from that dilution, yes it will continue if we are aggressive with the IP in our portfolio.
If we only sit on everything else and don't partner we may be able to fund the phase 3 NSCLC.
I don't see that happening I think with the research started with BB's, the combo trials with PD1, Yervoy , etc.
Another round of dilution may very well be in our future, probably 6 months to a year. I also think there will be value in what that dilution will bring.
There are two other alternatives, give the IP away cheap, shut the doors.
