SurfKast...I'm JUST as skeptical as you are, but the SEC has a limit of $5mill per fiscal year that Andy can sell his Reg 1-A's....therefore that would leave 20 billion to sell over the remainder of this year, and I have a feeling he will only sell about 10 bil ($1 mill) over the next 6 months, with the other 10 bill between August and end of year. JMO
