This is incorrect info, while marijuana is federally illegal banks have now been givin the ok to deal with marijuana companies if they so choose. In the state of colorado it is legal to profit from marijuana. If your logic was correct then all of the dispensaries that have been here in CO for years havnt made any profit because it is illegal to profit from MJ. VAPE is located in CO and they make millions and I don't see the govt. closing their business. In colorado profit for a company from MJ is completely legal.
