Article on Pebble - Relevant to LBSR, Hay Mountain?

This strikes me as a fair assessment of the situation with the Pebble project.

Large projects with high capex requirements have fallen out of favor in recent years. Cost overruns and delays on such projects have resulted in shareholders becoming impatient and turning their backs on the miners. This trend has not gone un-noticed by management of the large mining companies and it appears that only the very best of the large projects are able to maintain their place in the respective development portfolios.

Does this description of the environmental and permitting issues facing Pebble lead to increased attractiveness of projects such as Hay Mountain, where environmental concerns are likely to be much smaller issues.

The growing magnitude of the question of where to put capital so that it will be least threatened by political and environmental obstruction (some justified) can only benefit projects like Hay Mountain (assuming, of course, that the economic resources are found to be there, as the geological work suggests).
