The adress in New Jersey always was their business adress. Genta itself was incorporated in the state of Delaware, where they also have filled for chapter 7 in August 2012. Business/office adresses can be at different places. In the case of an incorporated company, that information, weather they have different offices/businesses can be found at the companies register held at the register court. In case of non-incorporated entities that information has not to be published anyway.
