I trade options but not every time. The slight changes in the system has helped me do a better job of when to or not to buy options. I still need a lot of help. As always I buy slightly in the money near term options. Money management is certainly the key to keep greed from slipping in. And in options I try to use a tighter mental stop. It's hard though.
