In addition to confirming with IR on 3/26 that Marani is currently registering their vodka in each state (which takes 15-45 days depending on the state), I replied about the 7 other distributors they supposedly had lined up. Remember they stated they had distributors in 8 states? The response I received was that yes they do and they have "distributors cash and carry wholesalers ready to go" but they are all pending state registration approval. I am waiting for a response on the Brazil and Dominican contract development as well as their marketing plan moving forward. This has changed the "red flags" in my mind to "green and yellow flags" for the time being.
