Following what you're say'n 'Tonic,' don't dispute the thoughts or agree completely either way, simply don't know, yet find it interesting.
In any case, as far as Vakser being president of PRPM as 'DR' points out in the 'filings' presented to this Board, it is shown Vakser is president of PRPM, however, that means very little in itself and is a non issue, since whomever is president of a company basically means very little, if anything at all in most cases.
All that matters as far as legal decisions are concerned is that Luther is the CEO, and that too is shown in the same 'filings' provided by 'DR.'
What does matter regarding Vasker is the controlling shares he owns that you mentioned here, 'Tonic,' and his being president of PRPM is of no concern as pointed out again by 'DR' in the 'filings' he presented to the Board here, just like presidents of country clubs are just positions of prestige with no real power, its the same with presidents of most companies, where only the CEO has the real controlling power along with shareholders, at least shareholders "share" controlling power with the CEO when things are more conventional in mid cap and large cap companies outside of Penny Land and especially Sub Penny Land and then Most Especially shareholders are not 'holding' shares in the Trips.
So, as you've said, Milton, its the controlling shares that Vakser has that is the issue regarding him and his being president odf PRPM as 'DR' keeps pointing out rightly is really not an issue at all. That's my thoughts on it, 'Tonic.'
