for russia to be some 6 hours ahead of the east coast, i could see the $150/$300 mil being wired to globetel right at eod bank hours which would be around 11:00 EST. that would probably earn the russians that one last day of interest on their money (and big) prior to the transfer. that way the perfect but tough for all s/h's scenario would make sense with an after-lunch pr, big rally into close, strong ah, happy w/e for all, and large gap up on monday...hmmm gap up -pit
