Quiet isn’t always a bad thing. It gives you time to evaluate your position and plan your next trade.

10-K is due by the end of March. What happens if we get a NT-10K? An opportunity to add to our positions maybe?

If we get the filing on time and we move north, what is the next play that you would take profits to?

What kind of core position (if any,) are you prepared to carry through the R/S and uplist process?

There is little doubt in my mind that we have some Forward Looking Events (FLEs) to drive us higher in the future, and news will probably be ongoing during that time.

Even when a stock gets cold, there are always things to be doing while waiting for news or filings.

This will eventually move one way or another just be ready to react on either direction when we move.
