You are so totally wrong on that it shows you have no legal training. While a plea agreement can indeed be illegal, and voidable as an agreement, it is well-settled, black letter law that plea agreements can waive rights irrevocably and without recourse or appeal, including waiver of basic Constitutional rights and procedural rights. Including the right to challenge a court's calculation of points under the Sentencing Guidelines. Indeed, I recall a case that is directly or almost directly on point for that very issue.
