Yes. However this stock has a bad history. If he Updates on the LOI deal within the 2 weeks as stated in the PR on the 12th, it will VALIDATE this Ticker on all 3 Aspects/Subsidiaries.

The PPS will be at what other similar stocks are currently trading at and if not HIGHER.

If not, it will slowly decrease.
