I'm sure they're coming up with a strategy to "pay" all these JV "partners." Let's see...Mr. CEO, we need to convince your shareholders that it's in their interests to increase the A/S. Then perhaps we can get some kind of convertible preferred at a nice juicy discount. What's that you say? Would it dilute the current shareholders? LOL...good one, guy. Good one.

At this stage they both agree that a costly trip to another destination is in order to "explore further market opportunities."
