The other Counties that were considering sending in that 80 tons per week, the 80 tons per week that JBI has walked/ran away from, are more than likely already taking out what they can sell first. The REST, or leftovers would then get piled into piles of scrap, that then becomes destined for their landfill, or what they're potentially willing to ship out if it's more efficient for them.
So, that's the "unsorted" municipal waste stream from the other counties that's available to Mr. Zecca, and what was available to JBI. This plastic stream isn't "sorted" to JBI's specifications into the right types or correct mixtures of types that's needed for their processors.
No, I never asked Mr.Zecca if he would purchase a processor, if the funds were available. The essence of my call was to find out who they were moving forward with now that JBI told them they could keep their plastic.
