Apparently the NEWS today hasn't hit the wires yet..... It appears to only be on the STBV website as of right now.... Maybe this will create buying pressure tomorrow.... Sadly, It just looks like another hope and dreams PR to me tho....

One thing I did see as a positive.......

JGMJ will be assisting the Company in executing its business plan and implementing the Operations sector, as Strategic Global has completed its upgrades in Colorado.

Perhaps we will be learning more about those upgrades soon.... PHOT equipment??

I also find it interesting that there was no mention of Bearpotinc. Hmmmmm......
