CPST... This thing has been around a while. Looks like it is accumulating bag holders, just not at the rate of PLUG.
Here's another one bag holders love... ARTX. Probably a better choice than PLUG, but definitely not a buy after a 50% move up on news that just isn't that spectacular. Bag holders might not be deterred from buying the top of a 50% move, but I am.
