Wouldn't it have been nice if the company had said:
"based on our experience and input from our constants, we are going to have to develop an entirely new production process and timeline in order to produce sufficient material for Tox and to protect the IP, and therefore believe we are 4-5 years from being able to submit the INDA and begin human clinicals in a foreign country. During this time we will likely take on 3-4 more private fundings, but will strive to maintain shareholder value and minimize dilution to common share holders."

Instead they've said EVERY YEAR for the PAST 5 YEARS that some major step (Tox, foreign govt. interest, big pharma interests, grants, partnerships…) is coming in the next 12 months. And that they have PLENTY of money for the next 2 years and certainly enough to get through phase 1. Only to take on 3 different funding programs since.

Either they have no idea what they're doing or they're intentionally misleading and avoiding Tox.

Why?
