I called APT and left CFO a message..

and he just called me back.


I asked if there was anyway that he could release an Annual Report because we only have estimates of their revenues. He said the revenues that were in PR today are basically the same as if they would release an Annual Report.

I asked him about growth and he said that they have grown every year since their start and this is the best year yet. He said last quarter was their best ever. They are hiring more people to meet growing demand.

I asked if they were intent on staying in the OTC long term. He said it depends on how fast "we" grow but he could see "us" moving up if the demand meets expectations and is more determined on growth but that it is an actual goal to make it on the NYSE or NASDAQ.

I congratulated him on the merger. He noted that this was a win for both sides. About the 60 days to report an 8k.. cdhames (The Finsperer) was spot on ..http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=99347549 He said that they have "People" working on it. I tried to get a firm date about the 8k but he said "it will be out when it comes out but that they won't be dragging their feet on it"

He thanked me for being a 50k investor and thanked me for the call. He said he knows that there is interest out there but he wants "US" (shareholders) they are working hard and appreciate our investments.

I should have asked the board for questions but I really didn't expect a call back. I got the call at 11:53 pst. (im on west coast)

I blanked and for got a lot of stuff but my last question I asked him was, I said .. The stock is basically at 1 cent. Is this a 1 cent stock?

He said, "If it is now, it won't be for long!"

At that, I said thank you for your time.. I'll go post this to the boards right away.

I said on my message (in my most official sounding voice) I represent about 50 share holders and we are trying to contact you!

I didn't believe in my wildest dreams I would be getting a call back..

FROZ is going up people.. When the 8k comes out, we will get the true bounce that we didn't get yesterday.. And all the naysayers can kick rocks..
