He has got to be one of that old Colorado crew that tried to screw the co-founders and they punk them. They took company public and under funded it and tried to sell off tons of shares to stop the company from moving forward but they didn't know anything about beverages or building brands and now see the potential that was blown short sided non beverage players. They took lot companies public and screwed them except the Hangover Joe's guy beat them at their own game I heard.
