What? It doesn't say given anywhere on that page. If you work for a company which I did...American Express. You can purchase shares through the company that aren't on the open market...so you don't have to pay fees. These employees bought these shares with money or it would say GIFT....notice it says the word acquisition with prices....even if they were gifts it would be compensation or bonuses and notice not one of them sold at .10...
