Two of PEIX's plants have now been sued directly on March 18, 2014.

Previously, the patent infringement lawsuit was against Pacific Ethanol INC.
These lawsuits are now directly against the actual ethanol plants.

According to the court document, GERS will be inspecting PEIX's plants in the coming weeks ahead.

Patent Infringing PEIX is totally losing the lawsuit, resorting to attacking the judge's rulings on how GERS' patents claims should be interpreted.

Basically, GERS asked the patent office to Re-examine this patent and to take into consideration every excuse PEIX had for infringing their patents.

The USPTO basically said PEIX's excuses for infringing were not good enough and re-issued GERS newest patent today!
