If there is not a closing announcement of the GLER/Hawk deal by Friday there more than likley is not a deal. Their deal expired at 11:59 pm on Friday. I would think if the deal was complete it would be announced before Friday. But as a Grey stock GLER does not have to announce either way....just something to look for
