Yes, Red Dice Holdings, owned 60% by MJNA 40% Left Bank LLC D/B/A Dixie Elixirs and Edibles.

Red Dice Holdings owns the Brand and all intellectual property of Dixie Elixirs.

Left Bank LLC (Tripp Keber's company) is the company in Colorado that is selling the THC produts in Colorado. They have an agreement with Red Dice Holdings that allows them to use the brand name and manufacture and sell the products. MJNA and Red Dice do not at present time receive revenues from that agreement but may in the future if and when THC becomes federally legal or when MJNA feels it is in the best interest of the company to do so.

Red Dice does make money of the sales of the non psychoactive Hemp based CBD products sole dunder the Dixie Botanicals name.
