Yes, because everything just has a "link" to it... lol.. I am not going to waste my time in going through Federal Reserve Board requirements, especially considering that the program has been dead for months now. There were only 3 members participating in the SBP as of October, 2013. The initial filing of proposal had them close out their accounts... The date of March, 14th, 2014 announced is strictly a formality for record for the SEC approval date. The SBP has been empty for months.

It is transparent that many haven't read the documents close enough as all the information has been presented for months now. The SEC Notice is not the first step, it was the last step.
