Yes these are questions many serious investors will want answers to before even thinking about investing here. If Marani has those answers and are sitting on them, that is not a good decision imo but a forgivable one if they have delivered on their promises. If they are "working on it" then I wish them the best of luck reviving their company. The game will be up and it won't be pretty. I don't apologize for not holding them on a pedestal because they are essentially a startup company again and have a log way to go before people believe them simply because "they said so". I'll be partying just like the rest of you if this thing explodes, I just try to see what's in front of me in reality. I think delta you think similarly.
