...need a clarification opinion from one of our former attorneys...........believe Form 4 is waived in BK - 7...........and I might have to pay for the opinion because you-know-who denies knowing me, UWB, or UWBKQ...................

...point is mute...........the bank is long gone, the holding company is $60MM+ under water in a BK - 7, the common stock is worth less than a penny p/s.................and Connie Hope Holding is disgusted with all of this..............???????..........
