Sorry friend but I have to call people on who claim a reverse split is coming. First of all, it's not. If it ever comes, it will be after the Reg A filing is complete or it expires. If he manages to sell all 30B shares, then the Reg A filing states he will immediately release 30B more. If those don't sell, the Reg A expires in 2015.

The second point I want to make is that reverse splits do nothing to the value of the stock, nor do they help them move. People think because every tick at the bottom is so large of a percentage move that the price can never fluctuate. This is simply not true. We have watched the stock go from .01 all the way down to .0001, regardless of how much support was at any given level. If news ever were to come out that any of their PRs are legit, especially if they contain information about actual revenues, or projected revenues, you will see this reverse course regardless of upper support.

Again, 2 shares at .0001 is no different than one share at .0002.

Lastly, for those claiming the share structure of this stock is junk, it's not really relevant. Let's say he sells his 30B shares and lets assume that none of those Reg A shares were part of the increased operating shares of 14.5B. That makes 44.5B shares of stock out there. If this is currently selling at .0002, then the market cap of this company becomes $9.1M. At this point, he would have 3M dollars in cash, plus the 750K in assets he is currently claiming. The company would be holding almost 40% of their market cap in cash. Share structure is all relative. If he had half the shares the stock price would be twice as much, but the market cap doesn't change.
