I believe it is because Canada is more strict with listing companies on their own exchanges. Canadian companies that are cross listed in Canada and USA will certainly have to face some tight scrutinies filtering to allow only good ones to be cross listed.

Yes I am surprised on how dirty OTC market is. I keep on learning new things everyday. It's rather fascinating. It's hard to filter out the good ones. I believe that NXTTF is one of the good guys who looks at the big picture and strives to close on $$$ deals. Bargain PPS price still going on for anything below a dollar! Easy multi dollar squeeze coming with actual producing revenue deals out of 49 current business proposals on NXTTF's plate.
