I agree with your sentiment on becoming cash flow positive however, without the S-1 this stock fails. The company may not, but the stock will. They will have to dilute 10X more than they currently are in order to get the other leases up and that doesn't bode well for the market. S-1 is the first catalyst and is extremely important IMO. Once that's approved production and EBITDA positive will push this SP into lala land. JMO

For the time being I guess we'll just need to wait for production news. Hopefully the 10K looks decent....
