Understand your point. I don't know if HIV aware OMT received expedited review (or fast track review if SFDA has such). Just based on SBDA review process when SBDA formally accepts the completed application, they have 35 working days to make yes or no decision plus 10 working day delivering the decision. The total is 45 working days if they use a horse to deliver certified mail. I don't know where 90 days comes from. US FDA normally uses 60, 90 or 120 days with 30 day increment.

After researching China HIV testing market, I believe HIV aware OMT will pass SFDA. I hope the approval will be given before AMEX hearing.
