Might be repetitive, but here are my notes from the CC:

They are changing their name to AVEW Holdings Incorporated which better aligns with their model. They are actively looking for acquisitions that benefit the growth of the company and are currently negotiating with 4 companies. They will update as there is progress.

They have filed with the state of Nevada for their name change to make them current. The state of Nevada had some follow up questions and they have responded with all the answers and material that they were asked for. They should be current with 7-10 business days under their name “AVEW Holdings Inc.”

Quarter financials are done and their CPA is compiling them. They had about $250k in sales this quarter but they said this is expected as it is a slow period. They are entering into the spring quarter which is a very busy time for them. They are making great efforts to increase their weekly pool maintenance revenue. This revenue was not a part of their 1.7MM in revenue last year and they anticipate it to be a large part of their business.

They will continue to reach out to their shareholders every 2 weeks to keep us informed.
