Due to the confirmed major chain placements and corresponding demand....

IMO, the 10Q is like looking in the rear view mirror! My investment is focused on the road ahead!!! Even if it took a little dip it's a buying opportunity IMO if you have the powder! Looking forward to the details of this......

The demand for COFFEE BOOST™, in all current flavors (Coffee, French Vanilla, Hazelnut and Mocha) has exceeded initial demand projections. Due to the confirmed major chain placements and corresponding demand, Level 5 has scheduled a full scale production run of COFFEE BOOST™ in all four flavors for late February. The process of ordering materials and ingredients and scheduling the production facility requires an approximate six (6) week lead time for COFFEE BOOST™. Level 5 will utilize new distributors to service the new key accounts for COFFEE BOOST™ as requested by these larger chain accounts.

MINE, hold 'em or fold 'em decision-making-notes! I had to have a consolidated list of key points to get my arms around this stock and help me decide whether to hold 'em, fold 'em, buy more or sell a small stake. MINE is an inferno right now! So I looked around and collected key notes to help me decide what to do, thought I would share this out.

This update includes adding VitaminFIZZ founders to the leadership section, distributors to Market Potential, got this information from StockScout1's posts.

I was asked to post this periodically by one of the members. Thanks for the kudos from other members on the post! Some of the following information are facts, some are IMO, my notes or from other members! Its a bit long!

"Brands"
- “Level 5”, is a specialty beverage company which develops, produces, markets and distributes a diversified portfolio of all-natural and highly functional brands.

Coffee Boost™, all-natural, drink stand-alone or add to coffee. Flavors are Original, French Vanilla, Hazelnut and Mocha. Brand includes "Coffee" on the label. Appears to be eye catching for coffee drinkers! Packaging is similar to CoffeeMate, very recognizable, another eye-catching qualifier!

- Vitamin FIZZ®, has more than fifty (50) scientists, graphic designers and marketing specialists working on its re-entry into the marketplace. We hope to have the new Vitamin FIZZ® in front of focus groups in February. The executive team has a strategic plan in place for the re-launch and expansion of VitaminFIZZ®.

- The VitaminFIZZ® launch was delayed while the partners’ efforts were focused on other very fast moving, well known consumer brands which are now distributed in over 40,000 locations. Connecting the dots to SK Energy shots being in over 40,000 locations noted below. This appears to translate to L5's business partners having relationships and a huge network of retailers available.

THC - The Herbal Collection, I was in before this was announced, felt there was huge potential with MINE prior to this announcement. Now this adds, a whole new market and dynamic, possibilities include Herbals, Hemp, MJ / MMJ, therapeutics, etc. On March 2, 2014, Level 5 applied for a new trademark, The Herbal Collection (“THC”), with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

- In regards to the MJ / MMJ, HEMP momentum in the stock market, is the acronym "THC" a coincidence? Even if MINE's first product/s are not HEMP or MJ / MMJ, could their next line be in that category, lots of options and possibilities. The only constraints I see in this category are government regulations.

- Trademark states: Dietary beverage supplements for human consumption in liquid and dry mix form for therapeutic purposes http://www.trademarkia.com/the-herbal-collection-86208571.html. Definition of ther·a·peu·tic. 1. of or pertaining to the treating or curing of disease; curative.

- I've read that THC taken orally is 80-90% more effective for its intended medical use over smoking it. MINE is in the Oral delivery business. I see some saying this isn't MJ / MMJ. I don't see how we can exclude MJ / MMJ at this point. More diversification and strategic posturing.

- Credit to SkySoldier82d for the following note... Doesn't even have to be MJ / MMJ. A hemp based drink would be completely legal in all 50 states, DC, and territories of the USA. Hemp products are legal. Hemp growing is currently illegal in the US, but that may change very soon as there is a bill in Congress attached to the 2014 Farm Bill addressing legalization of industrial hemp growing.

- Appears to be boundless possibilities for THC. MINE is already well on their way with product market delivery, they just need brands, formulas and suppliers. They likley have all the related subject matter experts in their camp with the existing product lines. It's not like they are starting from ground zero with THC.

- Overall, Brands appear very professional, eye catching, uses well known words, very relational to the application.

"Market Potential"
- While this note talks to VitaminFIZZ®, the ""market network"" of the partners working with Level5 caught my eye! Seems pretty straight forward that the VitaminFIZZ® - L5 partners have an established network of well over 40,000 locations. I assume MINE does not have to go cold-calling to distribute products, the partners already have well respected reputations and all the necessary proven connections to go nationwide! Very compelling case for rapid expansion and significant announcements throughout 2014 of new major retailers and cstores carrying "MINE" products!

- Chairman Scott Vanis owns 15,000,000 Preferred Class A, 10,040,001 Common Stock, 40,000,000 Vanis Education Trust. From "Form 4" (2/25/14).

- CEO John Powers owns 32,000,000 shares. From "Form 4" (7/31/13).

- Potential Float Lock

- Quarterly fins pending. Likely will not affect the PPS one way or another due to the overall product market potential and near-term delivery!

- MINE ACCUMULATION 1,143,144,450 SHARES +/- as of 3/22/14. Credit to StockScout1 for the info...

- A/S: 2,500,000,000, O/S: 1,988,496,254. Numbers credit to StockScout1 for the info on 3/13/14... A note from Scott Vanis on dilution from the end of December. We have been and will continue to repay, exchange and/or restructure our debts at every opportunity. We have made it this far (this fast) with promissory note financing. We have moved away from toxic financiers in the direction of friendlier financiers. In 2014, we believe we will be in a position to move further down the finance road to include AR financing and eventually conventional loans and credit lines.

"Conclusion / Decision"
- MINE Chairman Scott Vanis elected to have audited fins which translates to and demonstrates transparency which in turn lends itself to being credible and perhaps trustworthy. He made two significant promises " As Chief Executive Officer, my primary responsibility is to deliver shareholder value" and "We have developed a tactical short term plan to create positive cash flow and a strategic long term plan to create tremendous shareholder value." That said I would expect him to keep dilution in check!

- MINE CEO John Powers invests in his own company.

- MINE is a compelling story with huge potential!

- Got in early, hold and continue loading on the dips (hopefully) at least and up until .10. If dilution stays in check, then load up to .50. Sit on the MINE field for a few years and see what happens.
