I have information from the company and their transfer agent indicating that the RS is pending arraigments to exchange the shares.
1.) BOD votes to approve 1 for 4000 split (01/24/2013)
2.) Notice to FINRA (01/24/2013)
3.) Pulic announcement of material event- 8K (01/29/2013)
4.) EGPI Firecreek has to become current with the State of Nevada (PENDING)
5.) EGPI to complete arrangement with transfer agent (PENDING)

I have emailed FINRA today. Let's hope we get answers.
