1. Put the SC back in NASCAR. Modified stock frame, chassis and skin, different between models but common template within make/model.
2. Bring back a re-habbed Rockingham, add Eldora Speedway, move the Spring Bristol event to summer months, no more restrictor plates.
3. NO MORE NIGHT RACES!
4. Multi-car teams limited to 2 rides.
5. V-8's in truck and cup series; V-6's in Nationwide series.
6. No more rotating sponsorships; you buy space on a car for an entire season, at whatever cost that fetches. No more Subway one week and something else next week.
7. ISCA should merge with TRK, or forge a working partnership with Bruton.
8. More equitable split of television revenues; not the "everything for the France family, nothing for the fans/teams/tracks scenario.
9. Close the Charlotte Headquarters and go back to racing roots in Daytona.

10. CLEAN HOUSE in Daytona, get rid of the suits and glad-handers and put some racin' folks back into the mix. The last really smart outsider in HDQ was George Pyne and he has been gone for 10 years! Guys like that are one in a million.
