Seeking Alpha is notorious for posting negative articles on many different types of companies. When PH*T hit .46 cents a few months ago when it was at its all time high, SA wrote a horrible article on it, dropping it to .25 cents in an hour. Since, they have bounced way back and the dip was completely temporary.
This is simply the nature of penny stocks and a bounce back is inevitable. No worries here
