You asked about Polvo production. It's actually listed (in Portuguese) monthly by ANP. The numbers of all operator in Brazil come out 1 month after the last day of the month. Feb 2014 will be available on April 1st

Polvo is almost all oil and minimal gas (< 0.5%) so I give here just the BOE numbers as listed:

July 2013 (listed as BP): 10935

I like to add that leasing an FPSO must cost (by my estimate) about $200 - 250k/day so making the deal with BW Offshore for part of the Polvo field might be a good way to keep those operational cost down for the time being.
