I will be shocked if they don't file an extension..unless RBSM just hammers it out as soon as they get the information. An audit of this size shouldn't take that long, but I never did an external audit either. They are probably looking over the final quarter of 2013 right now as well as the 2014 projections. They were currently having the lawyers and accountants looking over the information before they resigned.
