It wasn't released until late Friday evening via courts.

The trial delay was not released TO THE PUBLIC on the website until after market close on Friday. I can guarantee you that all trial parties were informed long before then.

Regardless, I can forgive PPJ not getting out a press release on Friday, let alone before market close on Friday. It DOES take some time get a press release issued even once one knows that they want one.

A press release still should have been issued before market open today (Monday). No one should have been wondering into iHub here not sure why there was a sudden drop in share price.

$UPERMAN, thanks for pointing me to the press release that was issued finally at 12:05 eastern time. In addition to releasing it on OTC Markets, it was released though Marketwired. As best I have been able to determine, Marketwired and Marketwire are the same news service. So, what I do not understand is why today's press release did not show on Etrade. The last 3 press releases from PPJ (and several before that) were all issued through Marketwire, and they all appeared on Etrade because Etrade follows Marketwire. However, for some reason, today's PR is not there. Because all of PPJ's PRs have been on Etrade for months, I'd been looking for a new PR since last Thursday, but I've been looking on Etrade because they all have appeared there before. I don't know what happened this time...
