Basically, PPJ asked for 50% of the value of the $26 million lawsuit to agree to a settlement. That is pretty standard as an opening suggestion for a settlement amount. Grewal countered with what Basu describes as "a negligible amount" which probably means something less than a million dollars... maybe WAY less.

PPJ's current market cap is $634,400 (with a stock price of $0.0016).
