Fair enough budnik1 - most of my experience in investing prior to the MMJ phenomenon has been in biotech - specifically stem cell research. The words such as studying/investigating/researching are what those companies are all about (I won't break TOS by listing some tickers but you get the idea). They also all constantly increase A/S and put offerings out to fund research....common in that sector. At the end of the day, companies have to start by studying & researching & investigating before any products are brought to market. Normal part of the process my friend.
