DOH!! L.A.Superior Court Website. Try That. LMFAO

He has a valid point. Sure, anyone can go look at the court website to determine if the trial has been delayed. However, the trial is a very important event for PPJ, and if something significant is occurring with regard to the trial, PPJ should be notifying ALL of their shareholders through the use of press releases. Not every shareholder of PPJE is going to be here on iHub looking at what others say, and not every shareholder of PPJE is going to know that the court website even exists. A well-managed corporation notifies its shareholders, via press releases, when something... good or bad... of significance occurs. PPJ failed to do that this time. Even if they release a press release NOW, they are already too late. The court web site was not updated until after the market closed on Friday, and yet the filings to gain the continuance were filed and approved during the business day on Friday. If PPJ could not have gotten out a press release on Friday, that is understandable. However, PPJ's press release of the delay in the trial date should have occurred before market open today, and nothing has yet been issued.
