LMorovan- you have comed over here and are making comments as if they are facts. Or are these just your assumptions? I would be more clear about it. HOw do you know the shares aren't gonna be distrbuted to LOCH shareholders??? Have the Bs told you this? I have read your RagingBull posts too and wonder why you want to keep an almost dead co. alive? What is toprevent Bs from just declaring bankrutpcy if the court was to overturn the agreement as you so desperately desire to happen? LOCH has nothing in terms of business or assets so closing them down isn't a crazy idea.
