I don't get it.

Are you suggesting that people should only post here if they have an angle? If they're trying to manipulate things one way or another?

While I agree that seems to be the overarching philosophy of many of the posters on this forum, to come right out and suggest that simply posting my own genuine thoughts on this business, without prejudice, must perforce be suspect is a deeply cynical worldview.

I've said what it would take for me to put my investment money into this stock. It would take a 3rd party review. No number of "partnerships" that look suspiciously like ordinary early-stage business relationships ("You perform your core business function for me, and in return I give you money") will take the place of that review.

Traditional, conservative investors will want to see audited financials, and assume that a company unwilling to release them must have something to hide. It's a giant red flag for many. But let's say I'm in a bargain-hunting mood. I'm prospecting, panning for gold, sifting silt from those rare nuggets. High risk, but high reward.

So I'd give them a pass on the financials if they had the tech. I figure there's a few big creditors on the real books that get paid first. And I assume they get paid off in full, with interest, no matter how many tens of millions of dollars we might be talking about, if the tech is real and viable in the marketplace.

So get me that 3rd party review. All other sins wiped clean in the light of success.

And while Mr. Foley's legal problems are certainly relevant to assessing his company's claims today, I can't see taking pleasure in seeing him go to prison. Surely this is a great hardship on his family and anyone else close to him.

If one knows this to be true why spend time here informing others to other potential investments in this market? A questionable strategy that does not lend support to credibility. IMHO of course.
