same53 you have a point but the company they are looking to spin off doesnt make money now if i recall so why whould making it a spinoff company all of a sudden bring it to profitability? Unless of course they issue more shares of the new comapny to gain capitol which would dilute the stock and make the shares we got worth less than what they were worth at the time of the spinoff. They want to spin this company off so the books look better for a buyout. Just my opinion.
